letmebefrankDESIGN began with Mitchell’s to revise the look, feel, offerings, pricing and education process to showcase how the community needed to see and appreciate them. 
Tired of competing for the “cheapest” breakfast award in the local town where having the wrong customers can ruin your business when you have an amazing product and value to offer. First we reviewed the goals of owners Ejack & Erica Mitchell, then put a realistic process in place to help this young couple battle the typical issues businesses face but with a professional and experienced outlook.

Origami Brand Redesign

Mitchell’s brand recognition dropped the diner and went more towards restaurant.  Also removing 30% of the menu items to focus on what they did best.
