letmebefrankDESIGN began with Mitchell’s to revise the look, feel, offerings, pricing and education process to showcase how the community needed to see and appreciate them.
Tired of competing for the “cheapest” breakfast award in the local town where having the wrong customers can ruin your business when you have an amazing product and value to offer. First we reviewed the goals of owners Ejack & Erica Mitchell, then put a realistic process in place to help this young couple battle the typical issues businesses face but with a professional and experienced outlook.

Mitchell’s brand recognition dropped the diner and went more towards restaurant. Also removing 30% of the menu items to focus on what they did best.
Interior design changes were a big part of the customer experience change. Working with the budget we had, we transformed the space from the dated look to a newer more modern appeal with visual educational cues.
Keeping the message & branding consistent and touching people at every marketing angle is key.
